To install STOPLINE-S anti-ram arm barrier, concrete foundations incorporating «anchor» fixings for steel cables need to be made on both sides of the road. The interval between fixings is determined by the chosen barrier length. Arm barrier length is the distance between supports that defines the maximum width of the passageway. Arm barrier length varies from three to six meters and is specified when an order is made. Boom height in the raised position is one meter greater than the barrier length. This has to be considered when choosing the arm barrier location to avoid trees, sheds, utility infrastructure and other structures in the boom operating span.
